6.2/10

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the staff was accommodating and genuinely cared about addressing our concerns, the overall feel of the place felt a bit dated and odd, especially with the offices visible from the atrium. The location was great for accessing local attractions, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired, especially during off hours when options were limited. Overall, it had its moments but definitely needs some refreshing.

Rooms
5.0
The room size was decent, but it was laid out awkwardly and in need of an update. It had a view of the atrium, which didn’t do much for the ambiance.
Service

Service from the staff was friendly, and they tried their best to help with issues, especially with noise disturbances from neighboring guests.

The hotel's location is excellent for visiting local sights, being close to the nightlife while still offering a bit of quiet away from the bustle.
Dining

The dining options were quite limited and not very inviting, especially during the times I tried to eat. Breakfast was inadequate, making it frustrating.

7.0/10

The hotel has a great location right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to access various attractions and dining options. While my room had some cleanliness issues and the decor felt outdated, the rooftop pool area was a unique spot for relaxation. The services could be improved, especially considering the price, but the friendly staff made the overall experience somewhat enjoyable.

The room I stayed in was not as clean as I had hoped, with some areas showing signs of age and wear. It felt a bit outdated and lacked essential features like enough outlets for devices.

I had a decent experience at the hotel, but it didn’t fully meet my expectations based on the price. The rooms were generally comfortable and clean, which was a plus. However, I faced some challenges with service and facilities that made my stay less enjoyable. The location is great for exploring Austin, but overall, I might look for other options on my next visit.

The room I had was clean and comfortable, but I didn't feel like it matched the 'deluxe' description at all. It was nothing special compared to what I had expected from my original reservation.

5.2/10

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While I appreciated some aspects like the friendly service and the convenient location near various attractions, I found the rooms to be outdated and in need of renovation. The dining options were also disappointing, which took away from the overall experience. For the price we paid, I expected more comfort and quality.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms felt outdated and lacked basic amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom tub showed signs of wear with discoloration, which was unappealing.
Service

The service was decent, with attentive staff who tried to accommodate our needs. However, there were some hiccups that left a sour taste.

Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired. The food we had was bland and not worth the wait.

6.6/10

I had some mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel is located in a great area, perfect for exploring downtown Austin. The staff was attentive, but there were several maintenance issues in my room that really overshadowed my experience. I expected more for the price I paid, especially in terms of room quality and amenities, as I was looking for a luxurious experience and it just didn't deliver.

Rooms
5.0
My room was outdated and had several maintenance issues, including a dirty shower, limited TV functionality, and a non-working iron. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 4 out of 10 due to these concerns.
Service
6.0
I found the staff to be friendly but somewhat unhelpful in addressing my issues during checkout. I was promised a discount on my bill for reporting problems, but it seems nothing was done. Rating: 6.
Location
9.0
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access Austin's nightlife and local attractions, which is definitely a plus. I would rate the location a solid 9.
Dining
Facilities
7.0
While the rooftop pool area was nice and had a charming atmosphere, it felt overcrowded at times. Facilities seem to be more about looks than functionality with the current state of the rooms.
